EPS International 2001
This year, for the first time, I entered six prints for the Edinburgh Photographic Society’s 139th International Exhibition of Photography. Needless to say, none of my prints was accepted, but it is still worth going to see the show anyway if you are in town during the Edinburgh International Festival (the exhibition is held as part of the Festival Fringe). I cheer myself up by remembering that only around one in ten of prints submitted are accepted (and three out of four entrants have none of their prints accepted).
I think some of the prints I submitted weren’t too bad, so I have reproduced them here. Click on the thumbnails to see a larger version of an image. The actual prints are all around A3 in size (except for Barrow and Stone Sequence #2, which are around half that size), mounted on 16″ by 20″ boards. By all means let me know what you think.
